An extremely good option to have a wok prepared in front of you in a very clean and hygienic manner. It tastes delicious.
Recommended Dishes: Salad, Flat wheat noodles meal box, Rice meal box
Food: Be it a meal box or a salad box, it’s worth it. You get to choose your veggies, protein, type or rice or noodles and sauce. For salad, you get extra veggies instead of rice and noodles. They would toss the ingredients you choose in front of you in a wok, will ask you to check the spiciness, adjust it according to your needs and they there is a wok box in your hand with delicious food. I prefer wok fury sauce which is the spiciest one among all 5 options. But Sweet chilly sauce is also tasty.
Salad box deserves a special mention. You choose vegetables and they would toss it in a wok with sauces and adjust spiciness. This is very unlike the regular salads we eat. But this tastes exceptionally good.
They might have to consider reducing the tossing time of noodles and the noodles strands break into smaller pieces and then there is no use of ordering hakka noodles as a base. You would rather go for a rice instead.
Service: Atul and Swati who are post grads in marketing in HR respectively have turned to this venture full time. They both would welcome you with a warm smile and would ask for your preferences. They will also help to choose veggies and personally monitor while chef is tossing the ingredients in wok. They would insist to check for the flavor and would adjust the same according to your taste. Lead time is considerably less. I would give full marks on this part.
Ambinece: This is a small outlet. All vegetables kept neatly on the display for you to choose from. A clean wok on an induction cooktop and sauces kept just beside that. The display, wok, sauce tray and ladles are spotlessly clean. They keep on cleaning it probably after each serving. After each serving wok is also cleaned thoroughly so the flavor would not transfer to next preparation. 6-7 small cushioned bamboo sitting tables are kept for you to sit while you hold your food box in hands. They also give you chopsticks to eat. So pick-up one if you are used to eat your food with it. Otherwise there are plastic forks as well for your use.
Value for Money: Absolutely yes.
